Themed event decoration
We were thrilled to collaborate on this imaginative Alice in Wonderland-themed birthday party, creating a spectacular series of oversized themed props based on sketches provided by the event planner. The goal was to bring a magical and whimsical world to life for this unforgettable celebration.
Our team designed, fabricated, and installed several key elements for this event, including:
• A Mushroom Candy Bar — a playful, larger-than-life candy station inspired by Alice’s wonderland adventures
• A Hat Bar — styled after the Mad Hatter’s world, with themed props and whimsical details
• An Entrance Decoration in the Shape of a Keyhole — setting the perfect scene for guests to step “through the keyhole” into the party.
To achieve these effects, we combined a range of materials and techniques. We used styrofoam, wood, MDF, plastic foil, fabrics, and high-quality paints, combining CNC machine cutting for MDF and styrofoam with extensive hand-finishing to achieve intricate details and textures.
